Festival Eats on Grand Boulevard
The 11th Annual Songwriters Festival is just around the corner! On January 17th – 20th, 25 venues throughout South Walton will host live performances from over 175 artists, singers, and musicians ready to rock Scenic Highway 30A. Settings range from acoustic sounds in intimate bars to large outdoor concert theaters; you’re guaranteed to find your ideal location and perhaps discover a new favorite song.
Grand Boulevard will be home to the Festival’s main outdoor stage. And while the music is sure to draw you here, we’ve got a (Kool and the) gang of restaurants that will keep you fed and energized between sets.

Come for the beer and stay for the chef-inspired food. The Craft Bar on Grand Boulevard boasts an extensive selection of both draft and bottled beer, each hand-picked and some of the rarest and most sought after beers in the nation. Once you’ve narrowed down your drink of choice, browse the menu for southern fried chicken, shrimp and grits, and fresh burgers, made-up of beef, lamb, or tuna steak. Complete your entrée with crispy house cut fries, collard greens, or roasted brussels sprouts. For more on The Craft Bar menu, click here.
Brick by brick

Nothing says Festival quite like pizza, and for the best slices around, check out Grimaldi’s Pizzeria on Grand Boulevard. With over 100 years of pizza-making traditions, house-made sauce, and a ‘secret recipe’ hand-tossed dough, it’s really the signature coal-fired brick oven cooking style that brings out the unique flavors of each pie. Select from traditional toppings like tomato and basil to chef specialties like the Brooklyn Bridge, fixed with oven-roasted red peppers, ricotta cheese, and hand pinched Italian sausage. For a grab and go lunch that is also healthy and locally grown, Everkrisp on Grand Boulevard is the perfect place. Try yummy lunches like an oven-roasted turkey sandwich with aged cheddar on a pretzel roll or the hummus wrap with mixed greens, feta, and sherry shallot vinaigrette.
