Every year, we set aside one special week to honor the year-round heroes of our hotels: our housekeepers and engineers. These dedicated employees play such a vital role in our daily operations. A week isn’t nearly enough time to thank them for all that they do. The Housekeeping and Engineering team provide our guests with excellent and prompt service, detailed work, and an unforgettable experience. They are the reason our properties are award-winning. Because of them, we are ranked as some of the best hotels in South Walton.
Housekeeping and Engineering Appreciation Week is an opportunity for us all to acknowledge those who have one of the toughest and most essential jobs in our company. This year’s theme is ‘Hollywood: We Make This Place Look Good’ because they are indeed the stars of Howard Hospitality. It’s a time to honor the outstanding efforts of each Housekeeping and Engineering team member while inspiring and boosting morale for all. With thoughtfully planned activities and team-building exercises, it’s a week full of food, fun, and employee bonding.
