The beaches along the Emerald Coast are the best in the state of Florida (okay, we might be biased); but if spending all day every day in the sun isn’t your cup of tea, don’t worry! The unique communities of South Walton offer tons of things to do and see other than the glorious beach. So, you do you. Here are 4 things you can enjoy that don’t involve slathering on the SPF.
Theatre Thursdays at Grand Boulevard
Every Thursday this summer through August 3rd, the Emerald Coast Theatre Company will be staging a family friendly adaptation of “The Taming of the Shrew” at the Grand Boulevard Town Center. Free for all (just bring your own chair) the event will kick off with kids’ activities from 7pm to 8pm and the show promptly starts at 8pm. In the event of rain, the production will be moved to the ECTC theatre space on Grand Boulevard. Part of the award-winning Coastal Culture Series at Grand Boulevard you definitely want to catch this fun and free show!
