We have stayed at a lot of hotels, and this hotel and the staff are the greatest! They really do make you feel like you’re at home. It’s hard to believe how accommodating they are. If other hotels use this hotel as a model, they would be less likely to experience any problems. Anyone looking for a hotel in this area wouldn’t be disappointed if they stayed at this one. We think of the staff as our second family and we HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. The room was amazing and the cleanest I have ever stayed in! The front desk crew, day and night, were friendly and helpful. The bistro staff were welcoming, and the food and drinks were delicious. Housekeeping did an amazing job and greeted you with a smile! Management was readily available for any questions and were wonderful. Hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had!

We have stayed here more than a dozen times and will continue to come back. From check-in by the always-friendly front desk to the welcoming housekeeping staff, there is absolutely nothing we haven’t liked about this Marriott. This is a great Marriott in a great location for visiting South Walton County.

Another wonderful visit at the Residence Inn in Sandestin. We always have the best time here! The location is wonderful, near the beach, great shopping and wonderful restaurants. The rooms are so comfortable and immaculately clean. I can’t say enough about the staff, especially the ladies at the front desk. Everyone is friendly, and I was actually addressed by my name a couple of times when I walked through the lobby. If you’re ever going to Destin, this is the place to stay!

We have stayed at the Courtyard Sandestin for years – six to seven times per year. Always impressed with the staff attentiveness, friendliness, and responsiveness. Property is always well maintained, and the housekeeping staff does a great job. The front desk does everything possible to accommodate our schedule changes. Love this hotel!
